Notes:
All
entrants must be fully paid up members of the E.B.U.
The
Congress organisers will make every effort to make up incomplete teams
but this cannot be guaranteed.
Congress
Rules:
1.
All events will be played under the laws of Duplicate Bridge as
adopted by the English Bridge Union. Permitted conventions up to and
including Level 3 may be used.
2.
The Organisation reserve the right to modify the programme if
necessary, or to alter the venue. Any alteration to the programme will
be posted on the notice board.
3.
A player may not transfer the use of his/her ticket at any
session
4.
Trophies to be held by the winners for one year.
Notices:
The
Winter Gardens Cafeteria will be open everyday and a Bar
will be available during normal licensing hours.
On
Sunday 5th October, snacks will be on sale during the mid-session break.
